Jessica/Tessa’s POV
I look at Zane and gesture for him to sit beside me, trying to ignore the way he steals my coffee. He takes a sip as if it’s his own, a smirk playing on his lips, fully aware of what he’s doing. I give him a glare, but I’m too tired to argue. My body feels sluggish, still not fully awake, and I don’t have the energy to get up and make myself another cup.
I roll my eyes at him, mentally sighing as it dawns on me that we’ll be sharing coffee today. It’s not the energy boost I’m used to, but I’ll manage.
Unbothered by my silent grumbling, Fred continues sipping from his own cup, setting it down with a resigned sigh. He leans back in his chair, brows furrowed. “I still can’t wrap my head around it. Alpha Eric is punished, and now Luna Paige is going rogue.”
