Mom and Dad returned home the next morning just like Anders said. Ty had come before us. I guess Kieran told Erik to bring him back after he found out Anders was coming. We told Ty what was going on, finally laying everything out to him. Including all the gory parts that we've already left out.
I sobbed like a baby to my little brother about how awful I felt that he had to even know about any of this. To which, Ty comforted me, telling me that he already knew that I had killed Pierce's parents. Guess that Haiden had overheard Holden and Pierce talking about it on the phone.
Once again, Ty surprised me in ways I never wanted or expected from him. And I've never felt so grateful for him than I did at that moment
