"Holden, they're going to be home any minute," I replied softly.
Holden tried his best to keep the smile on his face, but I could tell that it turned fake.
"Alright, I'll text you later," he said as he kissed the top of my head.
Holden turned around to walk away, but I wouldn't let go of his hand. He turned back around to face me, giving me a confused but hopeful look. My breath caught in my throat at how utterly God-like he is. Holden is by far the se.xiest guy I've ever seen in my life.
And he's in love with me.
"Sneak over later instead?" I asked.
