I stepped out of the shower, and put on some clothes. Then, I walked towards Kai and placed a kiss on his forehead. He was still asleep, and was going to be sleeping for a few more hours.
I walked downstairs, and saw a woman cleaning.
She was a servant, and was dusting the living room.
"Excuse me. Who are you?"
She looked startled, and almost dropped the vase she was holding.
"Ma'am, my name is Marlena. I'm the new maid. Mr. Valdov hired me yesterday."
"Oh, okay."
I didn't really have time to worry about the staff. I had so many other things to worry about.
