Ashley When I heard the alarm echoing through my bedroom, I knew I hadn’t managed to fall asleep at all that night either. My eyelids felt heavy, but I couldn’t sleep. I was afraid of having another nightmare and being forced to relive that horrible memory again. I let out a long sigh and forced myself out of bed.
