Mason POV
I’m sitting on the couch, my arms wrapped around Hera as she holds a sleeping Lily against her chest. The room is quiet,just our breathing echoing through the walls. Chloe is still upstairs.
The door creaks open and Zero and Nyx step inside. I notice the hard expression on her face. She gives me a short glance before looking away. I nod at them. I can't be any more grateful to Zero for accompanying my sister. I know she is pissed, and I know why. Ghost’s accusations against Hera were out of line, and I didn’t shut him down fast enough.
One thing I have realised is she is super protective of Hera. I don't know the past between them but I know if you want to get on her bad side,do or say something against Hera.
