Hera POV
“Listen up,” I say, trying to keep my voice steady despite the storm inside me.
“ We have a situation.” What follows my announcement is pin drop silence.
“Finn’s got Chloe. He’s holding her to control Zero.” I declare .
As usual, Nyx is the first to react openly. The chair scraps against the floor as she sits up.
“ What? How did he…” she starts ,only to trail off. The others are obviously tensed by that information. They know what that means.
“ That crazy bastard!” Nyx curses under her breath as she takes her position.
