I had been thinking about Kristen a lot lately, but the last place I expected to run into my ex-wife was at a Bridal expo.
I also didn’t expect her to look quite so ravishing. I spent all day every day with beautiful women parading in and out of my office. Not to mention in and out of my bedroom. Compared to those women, Kristen had always seemed like an ugly duckling.
But the ugly duckling had turned into an elegant swan. She looked so different that it took me a moment to register that it was really her in that dress that wrapped her full but petite figure like a gift for the eyes.
