Paul followed her inside. Somehow he couldn’t quite shake the feeling that he was walking into some kind of trap.
There was another part of him that thought that maybe this trap wouldn’t be so bad to walk into. Not if these two hot women were springing it, anyway.
He could smell something cooking. He couldn’t quite place just what it was, but it smelled good. He started to feel hungry.
“Something smells good,” he said as Sue walked him through to the kitchen.
“Thanks,” Jane said, turning to him and smiling, “I might have misjudged slightly though. It might take just a little bit longer. I hope you’re not too hungry.”
