By the time the last patient walked away, my feet hurt.
My back hurt.
And I was starving.
So basically, a normal clinic night.
I pulled off my gloves and tossed them into the trash.
“That’s it.”
Tootsie looked toward Iris.
“Anyone else checked in?”
