Morgan looked up.
“Everything?”
“Both drivers verified. Medical teams cleared. Dr. Salazar approved Diego's transfer.”
“Receiving facility?”
“Secure. They're expecting him.”
Morgan nodded.
“Then let's move.”
“There's something else.”
“What?”
“Rafael. His physician says he's stable enough to travel, but he needs continued treatment.”
“Does Mariana know?”
“Not yet.”
“Then we tell her.”

His face lit up.

He hugged Max.
“Can I run to her?”
