“Absolutely not.”
I stared at my father.
“Dad!”
“Princess, we're leaving.”
“I know! I'm asking for five minutes.”
Edge crossed his arms.
Blaze stood beside him, looking amused.
“Don't you start,” I warned.
He raised his hands.
“Didn't say a word, Darlin'.”
I turned back to Dad.
“Diego's awake. I'm not leaving without saying goodbye.”
His expression softened.
“Five minutes.”
“Ten.”
“Ava.”
“Seven?”
Blaze chuckled.
Dad sighed.
“Fine. Blaze goes with you.”
I grinned.
“Deal!”
“And no wandering off.”
“Yes, Dad.”
Blaze took my hand.
“Come on, Darlin'. Before he changes his mind.”
