“Wake up sleepy head.” I heard in a gentle voice. The voice is very familiar to me.
I turn over and grumble, “Five more minutes.”
I heard a light laugh and then the voice said, “You always loved your sleep. I always had a hard time waking you up in the morning.”
My eyes slowly opened. It can’t be, there is no way that voice is who I think it is.
I turn over towards the direction the voice is coming from, “Mom?” I ask her.
She smiled and held her arms out. I sat up and grabbed onto her. She was real. My mother was really with me.
“Oh my god, mom!” I cried out.
“Shh, I know. I missed you too baby.” She told me as she held me.
