Once you enter the darkness, it is impossible to get out. Many have lost themselves to the darkness, and I can’t let Samantha lose herself in here.
I can’t do that to Jenna. I failed my sister once, by not protecting her and she died. I can not have her daughter get lost in the darkness.
There is only one thing I can do, if I sacrifice myself, Samantha and the others have a tiny window to get out of this darkness and live a real life.
The darkness will be busy consuming me that Peter will see the window to get out, at least that is my hope. But I have to make sure.
“Jenna, forgive me please.” I said out loud.
I closed my eyes and prepared myself to project my memories to where Samantha is. It’s time to show her how much I truly failed her mother and save Samantha in return.
