It was hard leaving Kentville knowing the state Aunt Mildred was in, but there wasn't much we could do for her. Richard thought of transporting her to Kalroy, but shockingly, Aunt Mildred was where she needed to be. Richard promised we would visit often and pleaded with her to recover.
When we arrived at the penthouse in Kalroy, I didn't know why I was expecting to see Jane there, but the place was empty. I wondered how Jane and Thomas had finalised their relationship, but I wouldn't know until I see her.
