A couple of hours later, the house was completely dark and silent. Jade lay in her bed staring at the ceiling. Her body felt hot and restless. Every time she closed her eyes, she remembered Ryan's hand on her thigh, the way his fingers had brushed so close to her shorts. She pressed her legs together, but the ache only grew worse. Sleep was impossible.
