Caiden. Rhysand’s eyes are burning holes in my back as I exit the building. The force is enough to make any man wither, and reflect on their life choices that led them to anger the great Rhysand Walden. But I am not any man. Caiden Bancroft did not wither or cower to anyone. I walk with my head high and amusement on my lips. The security leaves me by my car and watch as I enter. I make it a point to drive away but at the very last second I curve around and slowly circle the building. She’s bound to come out.
