Cristiano enters the doctor's office carrying Americus, who is eating her second chilli footlong. Everyone in the waiting room is staring at them. As soon as they check in, a nurse calls them to the back. The reason is that Cristiano always ends up being surrounded by patients asking for autographs and to take pictures with him.
During Americus's examination, Cristiano is anxiously waiting. The doctor rolls back on the stool, looks at Americus, then at Cristiano.
