  Linda's face was smashed against the hood of the car, a streak of blood smearing across the shiny surface. Her eyes were wide with fear, her mouth twisted in pain.   Austin glanced over her shoulder. The kids were watching.   "Turn around, babies. Don't look," she said firmly.   There was no need for her babies to see something this dark.   Linda's security team was scattered across the garage like fallen dominoes, groaning or knocked out cold. None of them could help Linda now.   Austin's hand stayed tight around Linda's throat.
