To say that it was a shock would be an understatement. If Aurora were to be the Queen of all species, then that meant I'd be the King of all species as well. It should be easy to deal with, after all, I've been preparing to be king all my life. The only difference is that now I'll be the king of not only the dragons but also everyone else as well.
It took a minute, but when I looked down at Aurora, she was staring off into space, and then she passed out. I was really worried about her, but Mom said that she was just overwhelmed. This has been a long and informative week for her. She's gone from thinking that she's human to finding out that she's half dragon and half phoenix.
