I almost died yesterday.
The horror of yesterday's battle haunted me, especially after I discovered Olivia was plotting something evil against the pack. If Dominic hadn’t come to help me, I would have died there already. I was reckless, and I shouldn’t have gone there alone.
But knowing that Olivia was after me and the kids, there was no way I would let her have the chance to make whatever plans she had. I would give my life just to make sure the kids were safe. Even if it meant killing her in the process, I would do it.
