FIRST DAY
Gabby's Pov
I stood in the front steps of the sorority house with my large suitcase and a duffel bag. My heart hammered so loud in my chest, I wanted to book another Uber and bolt.
At nineteen, this was my first day on campus, and everything felt overwhelming.
Putting my big girl pants on, I pressed on the doorbell of the big white sprawling house and waited.
Seconds later and the door was yanked open by a smiling Mona. Mona was my Stepsister and the president of this house.
She hadn't changed since the last time she came home three months ago. We both looked alike and were often mistaken for biological siblings.
The same brown hair and brown eyes. But.... we both had different fathers.
