Turning the SUV off, Kane got out and rounded the SUV to let Stella out of the vehicle. They walked a little to the side of the vehicle to give themselves some privacy and give Max and Amber a little privacy.
"I don't want to leave you here. When can I come get you to take you home with me?" Kane asked as he held her in his arms, giving her small kisses on her lips, cheeks, and nose.
"Give us two days to talk to Uncle Raf and pack our things."
