K I A R A My head whipped around, my senses were suddenly on high alert. The forest had gone silent. Too silent. Even the birds had stopped chirping. A wolf's instinct was never wrong and every fiber of my being was screaming danger. Then I saw her. A beautiful she wolf. Her scent was familiar, but I couldn't place it.
