“Don’t forget what I told you,” Sophie said, giving me a goodbye hug.
I wished the night wouldn’t end. I didn’t want to leave her, but I had to. Talking with her had really helped, and I was about to take her advice and confront Liam. I couldn’t keep these thoughts to myself anymore.
“I won’t forget. I’ll do everything just like you said.” I said, making a promise not only to her but to myself as well.
