I tried to hide my anxiety.
I tried to hide the fact that my heart was beating so fast and hard it made my fingers shake.
And I think I hid it well.
I forced my face to remain like stone. Don't blink. Don't shake. This anxiety would not get the better of me tonight cause I had a goal. I don’t care who saw me or who I saw. I just had to focus and do what I’d come here to do.
