I couldn’t stop staring at her. She was so beautiful as she slept. I needed to wake her up, while Colton got the burgers ready to grill tonight, and Liam was making his favorite dessert, pink salad. I gagged a little thinking about it. I’m not a jello fan. But it consisted of strawberry jello, sugared strawberries and whipped cream. I hated it but he loved it. I am here to wake her, so I can beg on my knees for her to make some cherry tarts.
I missed her this week. I worked my shift plus an extra, so one of the guys on the other shift could go to the hospital and visit his mother. I’ve only got to see her once this week.
