I woke up the next morning to feel Carmen sleeping beside me. I didn't know why but I was expecting him to have left without a word.
"He's our mate, why would he do that?" Dianne purred in my head, still happy and joyous about last night.
I rolled my eyes.
She was right. He had marked us, which meant he had claimed us as his, there was no reason to leave right? I mean, he's totally okay with me- an Omega being his mate.
He must have smelt my scent that I was an Omega, but he still went on to claim me as his, which meant he was okay with me, right?
I slowly turn on my side, watching as he slept peacefully and gracefully. Even in his sleep, he still eluded this powerful aura. He was an Alpha- blooded wolf after all.
