Jackson POV
"Davis, man, have you ever thought about trying something like this? I mean, just between us roommates, no strings, see what it's like?"
I said it out loud before I could second-guess myself, my voice coming out a little rougher than usual as I lounged on the couch in our shared apartment living room, the late afternoon light filtering through the blinds and casting long shadows across the worn leather.
