Tony reached into the closet and pulled out the tripod I asked for, the one with those adjustable legs that could lock in at different heights for the perfect angle.
I stood there watching him, my heart starting to beat a little faster already, even though I tried to keep my voice steady when I said, “Yeah, that one right there, bring it over here by the bed.”
