JADEN'S POV The roar of my motorcycle cut through the night, wind stinging my face as I tailed Leah’s silver SUV. My fingers tightened around the handlebars, every nerve on edge. She swerved sharply, taking a back street. I leaned into the turn, engine growling, eyes locked on her taillights. Then—gone. “What the—” I slowed, scanning the dark alleys around me.
