"No, you're lying" I said, taking a few steps back in disbelief. "Because that couldn't be possible, right? No, no, no, no, no."
I wanted her to be lying more than I needed to believe it because I may not like but woman but she couldn't have done that to him.
"I don't lie" she said. "But everybody else lies, and I know everybody's secrets" she added, behaving like a crazy b***h.
My tolerance for her craziness was just slipping and slipping, but I had no choice but to listen to her nonsense because I couldn't leave, even though I was convinced that it was a lie.
Why would Garrett's aunt do something like that to her own brother?
