My eyes flutter open though I'm not sure what pulled me from sleep. Not until I catch the scent of Ivan's cologne. It's not the scent that has me quickly throwing off the blankets and creeping toward the ensuite bathroom. I had snuck into this room after everyone had fallen asleep. I kept telling myself it was only because Ava kept putting her feet in my face, but honestly I was hoping when Ivan got home he would hold me.
