Ridge stepped into church and closed the door behind him.
Every patched brother already sat around the table. Turner had his laptop open while Holt, Leo, Jace, and Axel waited without saying a word. The mood inside the room had changed after everything Cal had told us.
Ridge looked at each of us before taking his seat.
"Nobody outside this room hears what we're about to discuss."
Nobody questioned him.
He looked toward Turner.
"Turn every phone off."
Turner closed his laptop before reaching into his pocket. He switched off his phone and placed it in the middle of the table. One by one, the rest of us did the same until there wasn't a single phone left powered on.
