If you could mix a simulation and an out of body experience together and make a little baby with the two of them, then the little baby would perfectly describe whatever the hell is going on with me right now.
The reason why I say this is because it feels like I'm watching a terrifying horror movie where I'm the main character and the story is one which is so horrifying and scary that grown adults would need to go to therapy for the rest of their lives to get over the trauma of watching it.
Fortunately, if this was a movie, then most people would be able to accept that it's not real, it's a fictional story and the people in it are just actors doing their jobs but unfortunately for me, this isn't a movie, it's real life.
