I think I can speak for all parents when I say that our main goal in life when it comes to our kids is our need to protect them and keep them safe from any pain or harm.
Now, I'll be the first to admit that I haven't been the best father to my children who have suffered so much thanks to me and the choices I've made in life.
I definitely could have tried harder to be a better dad to all four of my children and I'll regret that I didn't for the rest of my life because not fighting harder against my ex resulted in me not being able to protect my kids to the best of my abilities, especially Damian who has suffered the most out of all of my children.
