"Did you really have to do that to them?" Ariel asked as we stood on a platform in front of every single God ever. Not that any of them are paying attention to us. They're all talking amongst themselves. I'm not even sure they've noticed us yet.
"Yes," I hissed. "They deserve it."

"They're going to be so anxious the whole time," Ariel said, pouting slightly.
"I don't give a f***k," I deadpanned, making Kee snort again.
