Jesse entered the house with a very quiet Torben following their visit to the hospital. Hela, Nils, and Tuva were already home and had cleaned up the birthday dinner mess with the help of Cat. Jesse had held the baby, who Portia and Dylan had named Hector Camden Chavez, making both men cry. It was going on ten at night and Portia was spending a night in the hospital for observation with the baby. Everyone else left to give the new little family alone time.
Jesse listened for the sounds of conversation, but it appeared everyone had gone to their bedrooms.
She watched as Torben made his way to the salon and looked around with his lips twisted as if contemplating something complex.
