Chapter Eighty Seven : More Time
Veronica’s POV
I asked for more time to think about it, trying to stall for a little longer. "Nana, Alejandro, please give me some more time. I need to think about this and figure out the best way to handle it."
Nana's expression was understanding, but also firm. "Veronica, we've given you time. Now it's time to face the truth and do what's right. Bruno deserves to know about his son, and Alejandro deserves to know his father."
Alejandro added, "Please, Veronica. I'm not a child anymore. I can handle this. Just give me a chance to meet him."
