Chapter Sixty Six : Our Fresh Start
Veronica’s POV
As we continued our adventure in Spain, Alejandro's innocence and joy helped me see the world through fresh eyes. We explored the colorful streets of Barcelona, built sandcastles on the beach, and laughed together over platefuls of paella.
One day, while we were visiting a beautiful park, Alejandro ran ahead, chasing after a butterfly. I watched him, my heart full of love and gratitude. This little boy, with his curious mind and loving heart, had brought me back to life.
As I watched him play, I felt a sense of peace wash over me. I knew that I had made the right decision in leaving the past behind and starting anew. This was our new beginning, our fresh start.
