"He shot this guy named Brian Stone, his partner, and the neighbour of your new girlfriend. Mr Stone is now deceased." Giuseppe informed me.
"Avery Levi is not actually my girlfriend, remember?" I corrected him.
"Yeah, I am still surprised you set up this whole thing. Anyway, Brian was his partner. I have had a brief look at his financial records, and it appears that Brian was also involved in taking a few bribes. I suppose he changed his mind about it because he requested a meeting with me. Whatever he was planning to tell me in the meeting must have been rather important, because it got him killed the night before. Johnny made sure that he did not leak any information."
