After going back and forth with Landon for a few minutes, he finally agreed to go back into the hotel room with me.
I knew he only agreed because people were starting to stare at us.
I held his hand while we went back to the room. “So what do you have planned for this trip?” I asked as I closed the door behind us. “Is it a staycation or are we going out?”
“We will definitely go out to explore the city,” Landon replied, his voice tight. It was clear that he was upset because I didn’t let him touch me earlier. “Do you have anywhere in mind?”
I shrugged. “Not really. I don’t mind going anywhere you choose.”
He let out a low breath. “Okay, I’ll find somewhere not before morning.”
