“Paris?” Liam exclaimed, his nostrils flaring up with annoyance. “What do you mean by that? What kind of work trip do you have on Valentine’s weekend in Paris?
I let out a sharp exhale. “Calm down, Liam, you’re screaming,” I said quietly.
Liam got even more annoyed because of how calm I acted while he was losing his mind.
“Calm down?” He scoffed bitterly. “How do you want me to calm down when you’re taking my girlfriend to Paris? I know you are doing it on purpose.”
