The pregnancy test result came out positive.
I panicked at first.
But Mia and Emilia helped me breathe through the whole time I was processing the fact that I was pregnant.
The next morning, I woke up with a serious migraine. Emilia spent the night at my place because I cried to her that I didn’t want to be alone.
She woke up early and made me tea.
When I was done with the tea, she sat down beside me. We stayed silent for about five minutes before she cleared her throat.
“So Abby, who is the father of your child?”
That question made my heart skip.
