“It’s been like forever since we saw each other, do you want to meet me at a hotel?” Liam asked, his voice quiet.
I smiled. “Liam. We just saw each other like two days ago,” I replied. I wanted to remind him in case he had forgotten.
“Oh, really?” He let out a light chuckle. “It feels like it’s been over fifty days or something.”
I ran a hand through my hair. “Now, you are exaggerating, Liam,” I laughed. “Do you miss me that much?”
Without hesitation, he replied. “Yes. I miss you really bad.”
I bit my inner lip to stop myself from smiling. “I miss you too, Liam. Just send me the address and I’ll be there whenever you want.”
“Okay, baby.”
