Dr. Mitchell came the next morning with consent forms that I could immediately notice from the bulkiness of the forms were longer and more frightening than the ones I'd signed for the initial treatment.
He went through every page, taking his time and without rushing through it, explaining in careful detail what each section meant for me, what they would do, what risks I was acknowledging to take and what I was agreeing to endure.
