“You did a great job,” Talen praised me as we got back to our camp. There had been a lot happening in the camp lately. The guy Ian had his friends had been involved in a lot of bullying and sinister acts.
“About those,” Talen and I went on a walk together in the fields instead of staying behind with the fighters, “They are harassing some girls. I have heard complains,” he stated, steadily turning his face towards me.
“So you think Dahlia was not lying when she said he was forcing her into being mean to Leo?” his name would still ache my heart even to this day. I have yet to completely move on from that day when he passed away.
