Do you like chocolates?” I asked again, and after an hour-long interview, he finally smiled, though there was pain hidden behind his innocent grin. “Good thing I brought you plenty. And I also got you this video game,” I told him as I handed over the game and a full basket of chocolates and snacks. I knew it wasn’t much.
