I'm not sure what I expected when we got to the house, but it wasn't Kael leading me into the hallway away from prying eyes and kissing me until I was breathless. If my panties weren't already ruined they would be now. When he broke the kiss, I expected a different invitation, but instead he asked me to dinner, just the two of us. What the hell is wrong with me that I probably would have said yes if he invited me to his room.
