The minute Lyra and Dr. Phillips leave, I turn to face Kael.
"Kael, you don't need to stay. There is no reason for you to be here. Eli is stable. You should head home and sleep comfortably in your own bed. Eli will probably be out for the rest of the night. I will let you know if anything changes. "
